We put your needs first, which is why we offer a money-back guarantee. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund NOT including shipping costs. All you need to do is ship your product back to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.  Any order passed 24 hours will NOT be accepted. 


Please send us proof of shipment after you submit your return, including the date and time of shipment and the package tracking number. You MUST confirm shipment by sending us a picture of the shipping receipt showing the date and time with the tracking number to avoid any delays or mistakes. 

Please note that all items should be unused with tags intact and in their original packaging. We can confirm the date and time of delivery and shipment from you via the tracking number provided by the shipper.  



Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

We process refunds (when applicable) within 5-7 days after the return is received. Please note that refunds can take anywhere between 15-30 days to post to your credit card or bank account. 

Each bank and credit card company processes returns differently. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, double-check your accounts and reach out to your financial institution. If you have spoken to your bank or credit card company and have still not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us regarding your order. 



All sale item purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Discount codes do not apply to any sale prices. Please note that any discount codes used in the purchase of a sale-priced item will be void.
